We started as friends and became business partners after a few serendipitous conversations. We discovered that we had complementary skills, personalities, and interests and wanted to do something more meaningful and rewarding with our careers. We took a leap of faith and started our own business, combining our expertise in data science, healthcare, business, and project management.

Anne Graves, MHI, PHN, RN
Experienced Public Health Nurse and Health Informaticist with a demonstrated history of working in government administration. Skilled in informatics, patient advocacy, community health, maternal-child health, epidemiology, program management, infection control and supervisory skills. Strong professional with a Master of Health Informatics from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of Scholastica.
David Marc, PhD, CHDA
A seasoned data scientist, entrepreneur, and educator. With a master’s degree in biological sciences and a PhD in health informatics from the University of Minnesota and certified as a health data analyst (CHDA). A frequent speaker at state and national meetings and workshops on topics related to healthcare data analytics and workforce developments. An accomplished researcher and author on topics related to health informatics and information management workforce trends. Has significant scholarly and practical experience analyzing data using scripting languages and data visualization platforms including SQL, Python, R, PHP, Javascript, Visual Basic, C++, Tableau, Power BI, the AWS suite.
Mike Kovala, MS, CPHI, RHIA
Healthcare IT professional with over 20 years of experience. Passion for leadership, integration, analytics, regulatory reporting, and health information management. Significant experience developing bespoke IT solutions with rural healthcare providers. A skilled healthcare professional with a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management, Master of Science in Health Information Management, a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), and Certified Professional in Health Informatics (CPHI).
